Tickets are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

If the Festival cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or another suitable option, where appropriate.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new dare unless otherwise stated.

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed via Event Frog.

We reserve right to make reasonable changes to programmes, artists, venues or event timings where necessary.

The Festival accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by Swiss law.

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour.

Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break but admission is not guaranteed.

By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for marketing, archival, and promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, contact us before the event.

Photographs and recordings may be used on our website, social media channels, printed materials and other promotional material.

These terms are governed by Swiss law.

Disputes will be handled by Swiss courts unless required otherwise by applicable laws.
