No refunds unless an event is cancelled by the Festival.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via Ticket Tailor.

We reserve the right to:

• Change event programmes, performers, or venues without notice.
• Reschedule or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, venue closure).

We will notify ticket holders of any significant changes.

The Festival accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.

Attendance is at your own risk.

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour.

Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break but admission is not guaranteed.

By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for marketing, archival, and promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, contact us before the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland (where the festival takes place).

Disputes will be handled by Swiss courts unless required otherwise by applicable laws.
